"Here at Freeze Frame we are on a mission. To save the BtVS/Angel fanart web from huge bandwith suckage, yucky legalish letters from FOX and, most importantly, provide as many captured moments as possible of our favorite TV shows. A mission which will inevitably bring about world peace. Okay that last part may not be entirely true.
I recently found myself with the ability to cap DVDs of BtVS and Angel and immediately thought about opening a screencap site. Unfortunately I do not have the time, nor the bandwith, to cap every ep and share with others. So, what I'm hoping to do is find webmasters, who own their own domain, and have screencapping capabilities, to "claim" an episode of BtVS or Angel, cap the ep (preferably lots of large, clear caps) and upload it to their domain. The directory will be links, by episode, of caps exclusively donated to Freeze Frame. There will be no direct linking to the images from my site. Just lots of credit, links and plugs to the people that have helped me out. "
